4. This section shall not apply to changes of name where such changes are registered under the Marriage and Vital Statistics Act 2001 (Jersey) or the Gender Recognition Act 2010 (Jersey). (1) The Minister shall establish and maintain a register of persons to be known as the “Register of Names and Addresses”. 5. Where more than one adult is subject to the obligation laid down in paragraph 3, the performance of the obligation by one adult releases all other adults subject to that obligation. (c) (if the person was not born in Jersey) the date of arrival in Jersey; (a) support for the development and evaluation of public policies; and (8) For the purposes of this section, the term “use” includes accessing, obtaining, recording, retaining and disclosing information. The registry is published twice a month and contains the full text of rules proposed and adopted by state agencies, as well as announcements of public hearings, governor`s orders and other announcements. (5) The Commissioner shall perform his duties in accordance with his appointment and shall receive salary and other remuneration from the annual income of the Länder in accordance with his appointment. (5) The Minister may, at any time, require a person to provide the Minister with such documents and information as the Minister requires to verify a registrable fact concerning the Minister. 9. The Minister may enter in the register registrable facts relating to a natural person held by a department or agency of the States, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in an order. (2) An adult to whom this section applies shall notify the Minister of the change of name within one month after the change of name. An ACT providing for the establishment of a register of names and addresses of persons in Jersey to be used by public authorities for specific purposes. 4. A person charged with any of the offences referred to in this section demonstrates that, at the time of the alleged offence, he reasonably believed that he had lawful authority to provide or disclose that information. States may make regulations designating any person, description or class of persons against whom a person, description or class of persons may make an application under subsection 1. (6) The Authority shall not use registrable facts in the registry unless the Minister is satisfied that the Authority has adequate systems in place to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of those facts.
