Will graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in genetics before embarking on a career in the legal profession. Prior to joining Thomas Legal, Will worked for 8 years for one of the world`s 20 largest law firms with operational and budgetary responsibilities for a number of national practice groups worth millions of pounds. Will joined Thomas Legal in 2018 and, as Managing Director, is responsible for all aspects of the efficient and effective delivery of our residential property transfer services. Rebecca returned to the Cotswolds and joined the firm as a paralegal in late 2013 and was soon awarded a training contract with the firm. She worked in law firms in Worcestershire and the West Midlands before joining Thomas Legal in 2013. Emily joined Thomas Legal in 2016 shortly after graduating with a first-class Honours Bachelor of Laws from the University of Gloucestershire and was soon promoted to paralegal. Abigail joined Thomas Legal in 2015 after obtaining a first-class Specialist Degree in Law from Swansea University and a highly competent grade in Cardiff University`s Professional Training Course. After two years as an administrative assistant and paralegal with the firm and gaining experience in residential real estate matters, Abigail decided to convert her BPTC into a legal practice. She completed this period part-time at Bristol Law University while continuing to work as a paralegal and received an award in 2019. After successfully completing her training contract with Thomas Legal, Abigail qualified as a lawyer in March 2021. Laura joined Thomas Legal in 2015 after graduating from the University of Gloucestershire with a law degree earlier this year. After just over a year as an administrative assistant at Thomas Legal, Laura decided to take the Legal Practice course. She did so part-time at the University of the West of England in Bristol, while continuing to work as an administrative assistant and eventually as a paralegal. She successfully completed the Legal Practice course in 2018. Laura started her training contract at Thomas Legal in September 2019 and qualified as a lawyer in March 2021. Jessica joined Thomas Legal in 2014 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a 2:1 law degree.

She completed her legal practice course at the University of Law on a part-time basis while working as a paralegal in the firm to gain more experience and received an award. In 2020, Emily was named Paralegal of the Year in Transfer of Ownership at the National Paralegal Awards. Rebecca holds a law degree from the University of Liverpool. Rebecca then took the Legal Practice course with distinction at Manchester Law University and combined her studies with a position as a paralegal at one of the top 50 law firms. Candice leads one of our residential transportation teams and has many years of experience. She joined Thomas Legal after graduating as a CILEx Property Transfer Practitioner in October 2020 and has in-depth knowledge of the London rental market. She earned her law degree from Birmingham City University and interned in Arizona during her final year, where she worked on death penalty appeal cases. After volunteering for the Forest of Dean Citizens Advice Bureau`s free counselling clinic for 6 months, Kelly joined Thomas Legal in April 2014 while completing her LPC part-time at BPP University.

Kelly received a training contract with the firm in 2017 and qualified as a lawyer in March 2019. With over 7 years of experience in real estate law, Kelly has handled a diverse workload of ownership and leasing matters, including partial transfers, legal and mutually agreed lease extensions, deeds of modification and numerous new construction transactions. His experience also includes working on behalf of owners in licensing for the assignment and sublease of licenses, as well as working for limited liability companies in the sale and purchase of residential properties. Kelly regularly undertakes professional development in the residential real estate industry to keep up to date. Very satisfied with the service of Thomas Legal.
